In cooperation with KE Duong, we, as an ERP consultants, wrote this business case to suggest what kinds of ERP system should be used to Top Gear Bikes (TGB).

System analysis for ERP implementation

This independent research is to identify and discuss the Critical Success Factors (CSF’s) in implementing an ERP system. With the basis of the classic case study about i2 system, Nike’s supply chain debacle and their subsequent victory has provided us with valuable lessons that we can learn. 

Five critical factors for ERP implementation

The purpose of this analysis is to conduct a preliminary analysis on a set of US bankruptcy data in order to better understand and potentially categorise different types of bankruptcy. Before this analysis takes place, a brief data description is provided, followed by some data wrangling and exploration to ﬁrst clean the data, and then visualise some of the patterns and characteristics present in it.
